I happened upon your webs...Greetings from Georgia!

I happened upon your website because I read that you were the author of Understanding the Canon Speedlite. I thought I'd check out your blog and was so excited to see your Heceta Head Lighthouse B&B Cookbook. My husband and I stayed at the B&B when Mike and Carol Korgan were the innkeepers in 2001. We had the most amazing time and looked forward to each morning when we would be served the most delectable seven course breakfasts made with the finest local ingredients. We loved listening to Mike and Carol tell interesting stories of their work at the lighthouse as well as their previous experiences as restaurant owners in Portland.
I think about going back all the time, but haven't yet been able to make that trip from Georgia. :)
Among my favorite dishes they served were a blueberry frappe, and sliced apples topped with Tillamook cheddar cheese and drizzled with honey. YUM. From what I can see here - your photos are gorgeous (I shoot food too and it's my dream to someday shoot for a cookbook). I can't wait to get a copy of your book.
Glad I found your website.
Karen LawsonAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09895420485124091119noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8986404103784507418.post-71677811945243676032009-06-13T11:42:00.868-07:002009-06-13T11:42:00.868-07:00Greetings from Georgia!
